Is the quote free?
Yes. The quote is free and comes with no obligation. You receive it by e-mail and can sign it online in your client area.
How quickly will I receive my quote?
In about 2 hours on average, for all our services. Our service is open 24/7.
What should I include in my request?
The service, the languages and your deadline. For an interpreter: the mode, date, duration and place. For a video or a recording: its length and the languages. Attach your documents for a more precise quote.
How much does a translation cost?
Sworn translation starts at €35 including VAT per page for a standard document of up to 250 words, in English or Arabic; 13 languages can be ordered online at a fixed price. Other languages, non-standard documents and specialised translation are quoted.
Do you have prices for interpreting, subtitling or voice-over?
Interpreting is always quoted; on site in Île-de-France, the minimum is one hour, travel included. Subtitling starts at €1.99 + VAT per minute of video, depending on the language; voice-over at €80 + VAT per minute of finished audio. Transcription is charged per minute of audio.

How do I get a quote for a sworn translation?
Send a legible copy of your document (a scan or a clear photo is enough) and tell us the language and the authority that will receive it. For a standard document in one of our 13 online languages, the price is shown straight away and you can order online. Our sworn translations are recognised by French authorities; abroad, an apostille or legalisation may be required.
